Tropical Photoshoot with Snakes in Water — Warsaw | Astra Studio
We were fortunate to take part in a special photography workshop organized by photographer Alexander Drokin at Astra Studio in Warsaw. This was not just a photoshoot, but a complete creative experience focused on atmosphere, lighting, and carefully designed scenography.In the water studio, a dedicated setup was created to immerse participants in the atmosphere of tropical jungle rainfall. Reflections on the water surface, humid air, deep green tones, and directional lighting combined to create a sense of living nature and a dynamic environment where every frame was constantly evolving.Model Anastasia appeared in the frame as a modern-day Amazon — strong, confident, and fluid in movement. Her image was enhanced by two snakes, which blended naturally into the scene and became an integral part of the visual narrative. This shoot was not about posing, but about interaction — with the body, water, light, and living elements within the frame.This format of photography is especially valuable from a professional perspective. Such work looks strong in a portfolio, clearly demonstrating the photographer’s ability to work with complex, live scenes, control lighting in unconventional conditions, and create expressive images in a dynamic and unpredictable environment.
